The WuXi NextCODE application was designed for use by a variety of personas. From genetic clinicians to researchers and bioinformatician. Its desktop and web interfaces were designed to allow scientists to discover the hidden secrets of patients genetic code in real time, both individually as well as whole populations.
I worked on the Report Builder and Sequence Miner interfaces which allowed users to search DNA and RNA for specific anomalies using preset clinical test cards.
