At Agilent, I led a cross-division effort to unify all of the Cell Analysis software experiences. This started with analyzing the environment where customers use the software, the lab. I interviewed every product manager as well as other stakeholders within Cell Analysis and asked about how their products function with other products in the Analytical Lab. I then built workflows using the Allotrope Foundation's basic analytics workflow and data flow standard. The overview is below. Due to Agilent Confidential IP, the resolution is limited. However, below the overview you can see an example of one of the workflows that is ok to be released to the public. These were all created in Miro.

This is an illustrated workflow that we used to define the UX. It involves the full customer journey through the Cell Counting and Normalization workflow as a sample is seeded and routed through multiple instruments and software.
Also to assist with the development of this software, I created a Venn diagram to show all the interactions needed for the new Cell Counting and Normalization desktop application.
